(2012-05-11 10:51:36 董珍鑾)1. 立法院教育及文化委員會昨天（10）審查《高級中等教育法》等相關法案及預算解凍案，多位立委關心臺灣人才斷層現象，教育部長蔣偉寧表示，教育部和中研院等單位將共商對策，組成人才培育委員會，預計明年4月發表「人才培育白皮書」，全面展開積極作為。
The educational and cultural committee at the Legislative Yuan investigated the related laws and budget release towards the high school educational laws. Quite a few legislators are concerned about the inadequacy of the expertise over here in Taiwan, marking a gap between the professionals. Minister Jiang from the Ministry of Education noted that the Ministry of Education and different governmental offices such as the Academia Sinica will discuss about the possible policies and form the expertise cultivation committee. It is estimated a white book regarding the training of professionals will be available in April, 2013. Such will initiate actions regarding the above-mentioned issues on a holistic level.
2.國民健康局為了讓孩童體會媽媽做早餐的辛勞，特別舉辦國小學童食譜設計和製作健康早餐競賽活動，並收集由學童設計的健康早餐食譜，公布在國民健康局網站， 提供全國學童和家長參考，希望孩子在母親節當天，能為媽媽製作一份孝心健康早餐。
Bureau of Health Promotion, Dept. of Health has held a breakfast contest which lets the pupils design the breakfast receipt and make the nutritious breakfast by themselves. This project aims at giving the pupils a chance to understand their mother’s devotion. After the contest, the ‘healthy breakfast’ designed by the pupils will be collected and accounted on the Bureau’s website. Pupils and parents in Taiwan can refer to such information as their references. It is hoped that the pupils can make a healthy breakfast for their mother on the Mother’s Day to thank their mothers’ hard work and express their own filial piety.
3. 根據統計，去年護理人員離職率二成，一年走了將近一萬八千人；整體薪資福利、工作風險高、壓力大，是離職主要原因。衛生署推出「護理改革十大計畫」，希望透過像是減少護理人員的文書工作，以加人、加薪的方式，希望補足流失的護理人力。「護理改革近中程計畫」預計在明年底前完成。
Statistically, 20% of the nursing staffers quit their job in 2012 in Taiwan. That would be 18,000 people in total. The primary reasons for such a phenomenon are the entire salary and welfare concern, high risks and pressure in the nursing staffers’ work. The Department of Health, Executive Yuan has promoted the ten measurements for a revolution in the field of nursing. It is hoped measures like lessening the nurses’ paperwork, the increase of manpower and salary can all help to mend the insufficient number of nursing staffers island-wide. The plan for such a revolution will be completed before the end of 2013.
